Position Summary

The Field Supervisor is responsible for a wide range of field management, reporting, and coaching activities. The role is the direct report for our Quality Inspectors and is to ensure there is consistent improvement with our field team (field team refers to our hourly installers and subcontractors) including installs.
When the Field Supervisor is successful, they are utilizing KPI’s to create action plans and incremental improvement. They are responsible to keep the owner informed of all pertinent information and engaging and collaborating with team leaders.

Field Supervisor Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable, and Train the Quality Inspectors using our Standard Installation Practices as the guide for evaluating work
  • Ensure the Standard Installation Practices (SIP) and plumbing codes are met
  • Ensure we are providing Fanatical Customer Service in the field especially making contact with Builder Superintendents to build mutually beneficial relationships
  • Create improvement in the installation quality produced by Plumbing Solutions installers
  • Assist in priority situations and handle emergencies in your area as required
 

Required Qualifications

  • 21-Years or Older (due to insurance requirements)
  • Valid Drivers License with Good Record (Min. 5-Years)
  • Ability to work in Elements and Perform Manual Labor
  • Willing to Learn, Respectful, and Punctual/Consistent Attendance
  • Ability to Troubleshoot and work independently after training
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Management/Leadership Experience
  • Ability to work full-time from start 7:30AM until (end time varies)
  • Work week is Mon. thru Fri., some weekend work available (optional)
